Here you find a list of the house owners/letting agencies who do not want to follow the Complaints Board's decisions.
According to the Statute § 18 paragraphs 5 and 6 the house owners/letting agencies themselves determine whether they want to follow the decisions. If a house owner/a letting agency chooses not to follow a decision, the Complaints Board will publish the name of the house owner/the letting agency here (Statute § 25).
